COATED. D.I.V.A.S For Christ is just that; RAW, REAL, NOT SUGAR COATING
ANYTHING, and NON-JUDGMENTAL. This questionnaire is for Young CHRISTIAN
TEENS 12-18 ONLY, who are in the church. Please COMPLETE this
